On the Old Waterford Road in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, we have had no water since Monday.

I phoned Irish Water on Monday and received a booking reference number and they said someone would be out in 24 hours to fix it.

Two days later its still not fixed - I hate to think how many litres of water are going down the drain.

No-one is taking responsibility for fixing this problem and you can't speak to any maintenance crew.  All I get is I will expedite the problem from some customer service person.
