Photoshop CS6 Extended

Help please. I loaded Photoshop CS 6 extended on a Win 7 pc , but each time I go to open it, it asks for permission to make changes on the computer like as if its only loading it 1st time. Also Bridge & Mini Bridge wont open. I had CS5 on it earlier & had very little problems. Any ideas

Cant solve the problem so Ive dumped the dvd. Gone back to the older version of cs6 .
