P21 waiting time

    Hi just filled out my p21 and am wondering what is the waiting process on it, i.e. Word back, lodgement into bank acc etc?

    The p21 is the name of the document which issues to you showing the result of your tax affairs for a particular tax year.

    If all is order then a PDF p21 will show up in your online account within 48 hours as it's an automated system. If you overpaid tax or have claimed a relief leading to a refund, the payment should be made within 5 working days to the bank account provided.

    This assumes your review isn't randomly or specifically held for manual verification.
