Mobile offer taken down/unable to complete order

    I was trying to purchase a Samsun S8 plus for the last two days but the order would not complete online. I rang up customer sales today and the offer I was looking at came down today. The person in sales told me that offer was never available to me unless I had landline and broadband but it was on my account, it just would not complete.

    The deal was the Select15, for 25euro for 12 months and 55euro after that. IS there a reason it would show up as a possibility but then not actually be available.
