Thermostat Stuck

We have a Danfoss thermostat in one of our bedrooms which my other half has managed to break/get stuck. He has set the target temperature to 20.5 and we cannot change it now. The bedroom is not up to that temperature but the heat symbol is constantly on and I assume, calling for heat. Anyone any idea of how to fix it?…
