    Hi,

I am first time buyer trying to calculate what mortgage package would be the best fit if we were to sell after 5 years.

Is there an online calculator that can show for a given period
    - the amount of interest paid at given term
    - amount of principle paid at given term
    - cost of credit for the full term

    for both variable and fixed

or is this a job for a broker?

    thanks
