I recently bought a Walker smartbox from PowerCity (model AB629RC). It was mainly bought to watch Netflix and YouTube.

Been finding a major problem in that the picture and sound didn't align - in some cases its out by up to 5 seconds. When I checked the version numbers on the box's apps, they are up to one entire version older than the currently available version.

I can't seem to find any was of updating the apps, or the firmware. Any suggestions in how to get the newest versions (Google Store doesn't allow me to update Netflix)?
