Trying to work out a budget cost for a portal frame community or sports hall. Any ideas on a price per square metre for such a building?

Basic industrial sheds no offices around €850/m2 , Max basic building cost for a dept school is €1340/m2. i would think that would not be far away with circa €1200/m2 for budgeting purposes if the design is reasonably straight forward.
