We have external insulation our home. It has unsightly moss green stains and also orangey red stains. Has anyone any idea of how we can remove? The company who put it on are not any help.

What does the warranty state regarding maintenance?

Edit: without naming and shaming: have you contacted the product rep?

You treat it with fungicides then pressure wash it off

Common misconception that new renders require no maintenance. Like painted walls.

Renders should be sprayed down once a year or more if you are close to large trees or bushes which can spread growth to the surface of the render.
