Damp wall shed

    Theres a old shed in my garden windows are steel frame. On the floor it is damp at the wall area and wall is green in patches. Roifis corrugated perspex. I wanted to keep canaries in it so dont want dampness. Should i seal outside wall or any other ideas thanks

    Looks like no dpc in the wall or the floor.

    Rising damp

    Or is there a rockery or plant bed on the other side of the wall
