Hoping for some guidance, bought a middle of the range hotpoint washing machine less than a year ago.
So far we have had nothing but trouble with it, the seal went, I repaired that, now the door handle has broken along with the paddles on the inside for unknown reasons.
We use the machine 3-4 times a week and by no means heavy handed or over filling the machine.

It was purchased in Curry’s so is it with Curry’s or the manufacturer who I need to take up these issues with?

Curry's is who you are supposed to be dealing with. I had an issue with a hotpoint fridge and was getting nowhere with Harvey Norman. Rang hotpoint. They ended up sending an engineer for free to look at it which they didn't have to. Out of warranty. He said it was unrepairable. Ended up getting a new one half price to replace the one I had. 5years old.

Yours is under warranty. Ring curry's and say you want a repair replacement or refund as is your right. If they don't play ball talk to hotpoint direct
