Recommendations for a Support/Lifting harness

I think I might need a harness to help lift my aging, limpy, LabX girl, so I'm looking for recommendations. She's about 22kg
At the moment, she's on recommended rest, to help a suspected cruciate ligament. She's can't really get into the car unaided anymore (mostly age, not just cruciate), and I think I will need to get a harness to help her in. One thing we need to avoid though, is velcro - she HATES the stuff! :ermm:  So buckle fastenings only, or similar.
I did buy a ramp to help her into the car, but I think I'll have to return it, as she hurt herself again trying to learn how to use it, so I expect she won't want to try it again, She's not really the brightest bulb, and doesn't really enjoy learning. Treats, yes, learning, no. !
So any recommendations for any buckle-fastened lifting harness?  Thanks in advance
