Water Refund Cheque

    Hello Reps,

    I left my rented property in 2016 and emigrated .
    I subsequently contacted irish water to inform them of my new postal address in ireland which is my mothers house and to forward the cheque to that address.
    When i login to the website with my account number and WPRN it tells me to call you.
    It must have the WPRN attached to the new tenants.
    Can you please confirm if the cheque has been sent yet or is lost in the ether?
