Aer lingus complaints department

    I am wondering has anyone had any dealings regarding getting in touch with aer lingus customer care department. The only way seemingly is to send an email, first one sent in November, just send my fourth email and not a word, only an automated reply.
    Any help would be appreciated as need to get in touch with them as soon as possible.

    It's a great system. I sent them an email, they only reply I got form them was a cheque. No letter or cover note, just a cheque. I didn't have to dispute anything or talk to anyone. Nuts.
