What temperature is your fridge?

    I'm not talking about the 1-7 thing. Mine has actual degrees. Currently set to 2°. Concerned it might be *too* cold. The freezer is -24°.

    Usually they say keep the fridge at 4 or below

    And freezer below -18 to -20 for food safety standards

    If the beer is nice and cold sure it's grand.

    My fridge has a digital readout too, and it's set for 3°

    Freezer is, like yours, set to -24°

    Depending on what's in the fridge, I've had liquids (squash etc) go to "slushee" consistency, but tonight for the first time, bread had ice particles - fridge hadn't been opened since yesterday

    Don't know exact degree as ours is more of dial you move up + down. You can usually tell when too cold as yogurt gets a bit of frost on it back of fridge etc.
