looking for some advice wrt converting a farm shed to a habitable living space. the property we bought came with a large sized farm shed. it has walls and a roof (steel). the floor is the original but i have started to create a new floor. i have also sealed it with new doors and windows and lights. next steps would be plumbing, stud partitions and so on. questions is if i shud apply for planning before proceeding. also are there available grants for this type of thing
