Problem with heating in bedrooms

    Hi,

We are having problems with the heating in two of our bedrooms. A couple of years ago one of the bedroom radiators would never cool down. We never used the room so a plumber did something to turn it off completely. Now I want to turn it back on. Also another room is having the same issue in that it won't work at all. As far as I know he did something in the hot press. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?

    Thanks

Are the valves at each end of the bedroom radiators fully open?
    Turning anti-clockwise opens the valves.

Yeah they are both Defo open. Would there be anything in the hot press that the plumber did before to stop one bedroom radiator?

Unlikely, but you never know, is it not possible to contact him and get him back to reverse what he did.
