Creating Skype Account on iPhone: Email, Phone No., or MS Account?

I want to use my iPhone for Skype. I need to create an account. It’s asking me to input phone number or email. I already have a Microsoft Account. Should I use this? Which is the best way of setting it up? I may also be using Skype with my MacBook. Thanks. D.

If you already have a microsoft account just sign in with those account details.
