Hi I have a opel meriva 1.6 petrol and I had a problem with it for the last 3 days everything was changed like the battery and the car still turns off and all the icons pop up saying it is the battery. I haven been to the mechanic but he doesn’t know what it is anymore himself since he change everything possible for it. Any options ?

Battery light after the engine is stopped is normal.

Go to your mechanic and see if the battery is taking a charge from the alternator or not. Assuming you changed the battery on his recommendation.

your post not very clear, are you saying that there are multiple lights on the dash when it is running?
When you turn on the ignition it would be normal for all the lights to show until you start it, it';s a sort of self-check function.

Yes all the lights on the dash board our on and the car turns on for like 20 mins and then it turns off. And after it cools down it can be turned on again

The alternator was changed too that’s why I’m wondering what else could it be since they are both changed

If it's starting again on its own, it's unlikely to be battery or alternator related

But are you saying all the dash warning lights come on when the engine is running?
