Eir Refund

Hi, I left eir in November last year and despite getting a bill in credit in December and the same bill in credit in January, there is no sign of the actual refund. I did call 1901 and was told that I would have the refund within 30 days but this has not happened. Can you please organise the refund as it is well overdue…

Apologies for the delay with this. We don't have the facility to arrange refunds here but if you call us back on 1901, the guys can check the status of that for you.
