    Hi All
My ex has issued a solictors letter to state he is filing for divorce. I have no issues and everything should be as per our separation agreement. The solictor asked in his letter who would I be appointing as my representative. Should I get our agreement looked over by a solicitor?

I'm even surprised your ex hired a solicitor if both you are in agreement over everything. Having divorced in 2016, amicably, no solicitor on either side, it is very straightforward. You don't need to incur that expense. Find out why he hired one? Did he think he had to?
