Has anyone actually received a refund at all? This all feels like a big scam. The website said my cheque was due to be issued week of December 4th, after no sign of the cheque I contacted them in mid December to be told it had been issued and I would receive it the following week, didn't receive it so contacted them again last week and was told my cheque would be reissued but I still haven't received it. There's a whole lot of people here saying similar things.

    Hi there

I have had serious problems in relation to getting my refund, which I still have not recieved. I have udpated my account with the correct correspondance address well in advance of their deadline, I was supposed to recieve my cheque before the 17th December 2017, I had been speaking to many Customer Services reqpresentative in relationt o this issue, until they realise that the person that updated my account did so incorrectly. I was speaking to a supervisor on the 3rd January and various customer represtatives indicating that my account is fixed now and i should recieve the chheque end of January beginning of February. Then I seen all the publicity on the radio and in the nespapers and indeed on their own website indiacting that 95% of the refund cheques have been recieved and if you havd recieved yours to contact them, I rang yesterday to be told that my cheque was issued on Friday 12th January, I had presumed if the cheque eas issued on the 12th then I would have recieved it by today.  but no nothing, I rang up the customer services again, and asked to speak to the same supervisor, he informed me that if a cheque is been issued it means that it os only been sent to the prnters for processing, he indicated that the this whole process can take up to 2 weeks, I informed him that he needs to inform the representative this, he agreed and said he would. He still couldn't give me a date as to when I would recived my cheque, I informed him I didn't want to know when I wanted to recieve my cheque but i wanted to know the latest passoble date of been reipient of the cheque he couldn't really tell me, my concern is that they will stop the whole process and i will not recieve my refund, we agreed that if i hadn't recieved my refund cheque by Monday 5th Feb to contact him again, I think this a terrible process and I have  not got any faith in Irish water in their ability to issue my refund dur to the mistake and mis communication over the past few months. I paid my water bills in time, it is only fair that I should recieve my refund in time, without any hassle and without me having to beg.

    I am actually quite angry..
