The water reports online, which are very informative, don't seem to detail the water Hardness / Alkalinity. Is there a way to find this out?

    Hi Money Mags,

Thanks for getting in touch. We do not currently test for hard water. You can get your supply tested privately by an accredited testing body. You can find a full list of accredited testing facilities here.

    I hope this helps.

    Kindest regards,
    Aaron
