Hi All,

Would anyone have any recommendations for the above in Greystones or surrounding areas. I contacted one person in Greystones as recommended by my GP but have been put off by their poor communication skills and complete lack of engagement when I enquired about getting an appointment.

This will be my first experience of counselling / psychotherapy as I have developed some anxiety issues recently. GP recommended CBT. Looking for someone friendly and approachable who might be flexible around hours, as I have to fit it in around full time work and young family.
