Credit on accounts

    Hi lads,

    Both myself and my other half ported off the Eir mobile network around last August/September.

    We are still getting Eir bills emailed to us with a minus figure as the accounts are both in credit (by a small amount). They were 2 separate business (sole trader) accounts.

    We've been told several times by Eir that cheques for the 2 amounts would be posted out within 30 days but neither of us have received anything and are still getting the bills emailed. So I'm just trying through here to see if I can get it sorted, get the amounts refunded and the emails stopped?

    Appreciate any help, thanks.
