Has anyone used or have experience with Xtratherm Cavity Therm insulation, full fill board, comes with a BBA Cert which refers only to UK Building Regs, not Irish regs, I'm considering it for use in an extension.

    Yes.
Ive seen problems where the plastic covering has peeled away. Might have been an isolated problem.
Issues with block layers not fitting it correctly.

Good product but you must over see its fitting all the time.

Very difficult to get right, especially in an extension where thermal bridging at the connection to old is a difficult one to get done right
