Connect Mobile to Router

I'm trying to connect to my router via my Samsung A5 mobile phone.

I'm not talking about connecting to my wireless network (that's working fine) I'm referring to using my mobile to access and change the settings on my router via the Web Browser on my mobile phone.

    I have two Samsung phones here, a A5 and a J5.

The A5 is refusing to connect to my router via the IP address of my Default Gateway, it just times out every try.

The J5 will connect straight away every time.

Where or what can I check on the A5 to get it to connect?

Router not supporting multiple connections simultaneously. If you have connected from one phone, you need to log out, then try different device.
