Saving for a mortgage and looking for date ideas that are free or v cheap!!

Here's some of the things I currently do:

Dundrum Cinema : €10 for ticket and large combo on Mondays

Rathmines cinema: €5 tickets on Tuesday

    Walks and coffee!

It might be cool if we could make a list!!

The Dublin event guide is a useful listings spot.

Local libraries often have noticeboards full of free/cheap community events in the local area.

    National Gallery - free
    Natural History Museum - free
    National History Museum - free
National History Museum Collins Barracks - free
    Hugh Lane Gallery - free

Any of the above could be combined with a walk in the city centre, or to a city park, a visit to the Temple Bar food market (Saturdays) or whatever else is happening in town for a nice afternoon out.

I suppose at this time of year cinema deals are a lifesaver but later in the year when the weather improves (lol) there will be lots of free events in the city, e.g. the City Spectacular, some events at St Patricks Festival, Bram Stoker Festival, loads more that I can't think of at the moment but will be listed on the Dublin Event Guide that someone posted above.

In the same boat. We use limitless from odeon which is great. Anytime we need to get out we can just pop over to the cinema and not worry about money.
