Bank Holiday Entitlement

    Hi there,

    I work part time in Retail, around 20 - 25 hours a week. I got my payslip for Christmas week and was only paid for one bank holiday, either christmas day or stephens day, not both.

    Thought I might get a paid day off but looking at my roster for the month of January, I don't have any extra days off and all fit into my hour band.

    Got my payslip today which covers new years day and again I have not been paid for it.

    Does anyone know what my best option is in this case?
