Home heating issue

    Hi guys,
    I'm in a normal 3 bed semi with a good, well serviced, boiler. The problem I have is that while downstairs gets nice and warm it never gets as warm upstairs even though the rads are all hot. Is this an insulation problem or something else? Any help appreciated.
