Returned from Australia and no rights!

    I returned from Australia last year after a very bad marriage etc and suffered ill health so came home to recover and re-boot while leaving my kids there with the agreement that once I had set all up here for them to follow. Fool I was! I now am back home and every angle I go for is a brick wall. I can't get PPS numbers for kids as they are not here! I can't file custody as they are not here! I can't do anything to mover another step forward and no-one can seem to direct me as to HOW I CAN BEGIN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS against my x-husband and get the ball rolling on custody/maintenance/etc. I have refused for them to be processed for QZ residency and this has really p*ssed their dad off - he has blocked me from msngr fbook etc and I haven't spoke to them since December 30! Does anyone know what the first step is I need to do to get something started legally!!!!! HELP.
