    Hi there,

Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

This transaction has fully processed out of your account on the 4th Dec, as it reads POS ( Point of Sale ) and 04DEC.

If you're unsure of name of the retailer,  you can send a message by logging into 365 online through a browser or PC, and choosing to 'Ask a Question', from the drop down menu at the service desk.

An advisor will check this and get back to you.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks again, Jane.
