Demolition rubble as landscaping fill

Hi guys I have a query as to what is acceptable landscaping fill when demolishing a house and what regulations surround it, maybe someone can educate me a little.
I want to use the building rubble to do some landscaping on the site but I would like to know what I need to remove and dispose of. I know I need to remove all timber and plastic but to what extent are you expected to rip out wiring and plumbing? Would ceramic sinks and toilets need to be taken away?

    Thanks!
