Customer service?

    Hi,

    I've just been on hold to your customer care team for 25 minutes being constantly asked to stay on the line as my call was important.

    At 6:59 the call was answered and immediately hung up, there was definitely someone on the other end of the line as I could hear the noise of a call centre in the background.

    I tried to ring back straight away but got a message saying you were now closed as it was 7 o clock.

    This is a disgraceful thing to do to a customer who has been waiting so long to speak with someone, obviously all your staff cared about was getting out as quick as possible.

    I was considering bundling my BB, home phone and TV with eir to go with my mobile package but now I'll be exploring other options for my mobile and keeping the rest with Sky instead.
