Boiler sizing

    I moved into a 3 bed semi detached in Dublin a few months ago.I am currently planning a ground floor extension to the side and rear.The existing combi gas boiler is a flexicom 24cx which I had assumed would mean it was 24kw but having looked it up online it appears the heat output is actually just 18kw, which I think might be too small for the house with the extension completed?

    Can anyone advise on what size combi boiler I should be looking at for a 3 bed semi with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms?
