Will they check the tax, insurance and nct at the ferry port going out from Ireland? Moving back to Finland and would like to drive trough Europe, as We cant get car insured here under 4900€ per year, cant get tax paid because cant get insurance... any advice. And Yes, We have quoted every company We found

Forget the tax and NCT. If you have no insurance how are you going to get it to the boat. And even if you do what about driving it on the other side.

Can you register the car as Finish, while in Ireland. And get it insured and everything under Finish policy?

    Tax is not a concern.
If you can get your car to ferry port (ideally tow it), then on the premises of ferry port tax is not required.
Outside Ireland, no one is going to bother you about Irish tax.

Case is different with insurance and NCT.

You'd have to be mad to drive a car through Europe without insurance.
Maybe try to arrange some short term insurance from Finland to cover you on the way back.
I would also not risk driving without NCT. Get that sorted - it's only 55 quid.
