my son was awarded money for an accident and I'm wondering does any know ,if I can apply somewhere and so if where to use the money to pay for education as hes starting secondary school and wants to go to a private school .

The solicitor who looked after the claim in the first instance will be able to advise you in relation to the making of a payment out of court of your infant son's award.
