Boosters are still illegal, that will change in Q4 probably.

Move your phone to either Vodafone or Eir for Wifi calling then setup a B593 with external antenna and a €20 Three sim card. That'll give you calls and texts as well as wifi indoors. Wont be super fast, but itll work.

Have a look at these Irish manufacturers of mobile repeaters - http://www.stelladoradus.com/

They don't sell to Irish address yet as the use of repeaters hasn't been legalised but they do show the Irish mobile networks logos on their product pages, e.g. http://www.stelladoradus.com/product/gsm-booster/
Their repeaters should meets the technical requirements once their use is legalised here.

I know someone using one of their repeaters now and has proven to be more reliable than those cheap Chinese imports they used previously.

Thread on the legalisation process - https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057685415

You completely misunderstood my post so probably a good idea to get a nerdy friend to help you.
