Is there an app or some software I can use to create a conference call,

The setting is a management committee and there are 3 people that cant attend, Id like them to be able to call in but as there is not a phone line Im looking to set this up through an app or a piece of software.

Would there be an easier option than Skype?

    Thanks anyone?

Lots of apps require that participants have that app installed, so you would need to be sure that everyone complied.

What might be easier is to use a browser based system ... I remember trying a couple last year, but the names escape me presently.

    Search for WebRTC.

    EDIT:

Some of these might be of interest

Talky: Provides both video and screen sharing using WebRTC.
Cisco Spark: Create rooms for video calling, group messaging and sharing.
Appear.in: Group video calling for up to eight people.
Jitsi Meet: Group video calling and screen sharing using WebRTC.

Freeconferencecall.com works really well for me - just dial in from your mobile and they can dial in directly from their end.
