Toilet fill valve

For the last few days we've had an awful vibrating noise coming from the toilet after it's flushed, and it also seems to take longer to refill. I had a look online and it seems to be an issue with the fill valve. Apparently I need to replace the diaphragm or the entire fill valve. The problem is, the inside of my toilet tank looks very different to others I've seen (see attached pic) and I'm not really sure what I need to do. I assume it's the bit on the left with the yellow ring?! Would someone be able to help, or does anyone recognise the model? I don't seem to have any manuals for this. It's only about 4 years old btw, that seems very early for something like that to happen.

Update: never mind, it's fixed now. The whole ball cock thing had to be replaced.
