Are you talking mobile or fixed line?

With fixed line it's impossible to give a general good/bad as you're at the mercy of how far from a cabinet/exchange you are, as well as whether fibre is enabled at the address. Should also be said that eir/Vodafone/Sky will have very similar performance at a given address.
