Have 08 focus 1.6 tdci, having intermittent power loss while driving. Last night the lights went out and lost power for about 10 seconds while driving home on back roads ! Also radio has taken to change channels itself don't know if they're linked in anyway.

When you say lights out and power loss,do you mean the whole car turned off?
Loss of lights could be related to battery/alternator.
Have you an obd to plug in and see if there's any codes present?

Heads went off ,just parks, car died down for few seconds the ran again as normal. Have noticed its down on power now too as well as the central locking misbehaving !:-(

Are you getting any engine management lights on? I suggest you get it plugged into a computer to see whats going on rather than chasing your tail with an intermittent problem.

Turns out it was a fuse the previous owner had "fixed" with silver cigarette paper that moved!

Yeah, told me it was just serviced, oil, filter, brake pads etc. Oil was black as ace of spades, filter was old and just had to replace pads and discs on the rear along with cleaning the egr and turbo because there was also too much oil in it!

Run through the toll tunnel a few times, it should move things along.
