Separate Welsh Grand National thread on here so this is for the other meetings

Davy Russell going to Sandown for one ride in the 12.45 on Angles Antics. Only a £12000 Mares Hurdle which is unusual then to Naas on Sunday for Russell.

Nothing unusual about that, he is the retained rider for Dai Walters.

    Ling 12.40 Hasonada 9/4

Looked likely winner turning in last time but early exertions told and he weekend in the last furlong, headgear today should help and should turn form around with fav craving.

    Sandown 1.20 masterplan @ 8/1

Was weak in the market last time on its seasonal debut but ran very well to be 2nd, This front runner should be hard to peg back on a track that favors front runners and he will strip much fitter today.

    Sandown 3.00 gas line boy @ 5/1

Hard to believe that a horse at 12 is still improving but this lightly raced horse put up a career best last time over the national fences at aintree, can front run or just sit in behind and looks to have a huge chance.

    Chepstow 2.45 battle of ideas @ 10/1

Huge price considering how unexposed this horse and won really well last time and the trainers son joe Tizzard really fancies him just look at his blog.

    Chepstow 2.05 beware the bear @ 12/1

This horse is all stamina and is the exact type of horse needed to win this race.
