I have an A4 sized multi-paged document which has lots of colours on most pages, its stored on a USB

I need to print this off in black and white. My printer doesn't give me options on what colour to print on.

    Is there a workaround?

Are you saying there is no colour option in the printer dialog box. I've never heard of that before

    HI op

every colour printer i have ever used has the option to print black and white. If your specific colour printer didnt (and thats unlikely) you may be able to use another driver like a universal driver or different driver for same printer that does have this option.

i think its very likely your not finding the option, often a drop down box, sometimes a check box, and may be in advanced printer properties.

if you supply make and model details, im sure we can verify from user manual.

Thanks posters, I found the menu and realised what they call greyscale is actually momocrome and works perfectly for what I need. which has saved me quite a few €.
This page doesnt let me multi quote, but you know who you are.
