Venues to hire / rent

HI All

I am looking for some suggestions for venues to rent/hire to run classes in.
Sportshalls, Parish Halls, Community Centres etc..... anything suitable.
Am looking at in an around the Dooradoyle area but not limited to there.
Would love some advice as not familiar with the areas ( which ones to stay away from as well?? )

Just back in relation to this,

Where are the most populated areas in Limerick, ie: most houses.
My wife currently runs classes in Dooradoyle area, but is looking into maybe running a second venue. Is there a large housing density in the Thomond Park area for instance? Where are the main clusters of living areas in Limerick City,

Castletroy/Annacotty area would have fairly big populations.
