    Hey guys

Wondering if you have any suggestions here

Just under two months ago I changed my car and the dealer said he would transfer it online.

Didn't get the cert and I could see on the motorway site that it hadn't been updated so I went back to them before Xmas

The chap I dealt with was on holiday but his colleagues assured me he would call me last week.

No call so I called again today and was told the cert is with the garage they took the car off and they've asked them to do the transfer
Is there anything I can do here as the car is now over three months out of tax and I'm concerned about driving it in case I get stopped and it's seized?

    Thanks!

Pay them an unannounced visit in person, it's too easy to fob someone off over the phone. The longer you let it go, the longer they will do the same.

Do they actually have the ability to change it online? It sounds like they don't have the ability and didn't get the VRC from the previous owner, otherwise they would have done it there and then when you came in.
