Question about tax credits when leaving the country

I will be going abroad permanently come March/April, I know that I have to apply for a p60 there and then and get a rebalancing statement via a p21.

My question is how much tax credits would I be able to claim. Can I claim the entire years worth of credits or will it be based on a split year? In other words only half the credits that one can normally claim over the year.

Permanently leaving should mean full credits and rate band for the year.

Full tax credits to the tune of 3,300 plus my wife's shared credits of 1650 which means I can avail of the full 4950 worth of credits?

If both of you are leaving permanently and are jointly assessed, then yes.

Is your wife working if not entitled to dependant credit going back 4 years if you have children.
Credit for tools and uniforms going back 4 year's
If you have relative elderly you pop in or do occasional jobs for 70 euro credit going back 4 years.
And make sure you have your cuttoff is in the correct ratio 1 income or 2 income family. A lot of tax deduction done at these points not correctly claimed.
