I have a civil engineering related swimming question which I'm hoping someone can give a facts based answer to :

The Liffey swim goes under o Connell bridge.

The Luas now goes over o Connell bridge.

The Luas engages with immense quantities of electricity which earth on o Connell bridge.

    Is it safe?

I was told to stop playing that clip right when yer man picks up the dental tools. Wasn't the fact based answer I had anticipated.
