First time having to return with An Post on a Pre-Paid Label . Is there any hassle with this or is it just a case of drop it to the post office and they will gladly take it ?

Are you sure it's prepaid label? I thought now they use labels you pay for postage, once posted you contact them on chat to get a refund of postage cost.

If's prepaid it should be ok, make sure it includes tracking postage as it will be your responsibility if it gets lost.

Yup just drop it off. Post office will scan and issue receipt. Shouldn’t be any issue

Last time I did this I was returning it to the UK and I paid the postage and sent the receipt to Amazon and they just refunded me the postage along with the price of what I returned.

I used a pre pay label 2 weeks ago and I was able to track the package using the details on the receipt. I was give the option of a €9 refund/contribution if I paid the postage myself. This was my first time returning an item to Amazon and it worked well. I was issued with a refund for my faulty item very swiftly.

Have returned several items with the An Post returns label without any issue. You get a notification the item has been received by Amazon as well. Hold onto the receipt you get from the post office just in case.
