    Hi

I'm planning my sisters hen this year and she likes the idea of "The Cube" activities (similar to TV programme) that most providers seem to offer. Has anyone any experience of this? Or if not can ye recommend the best hen party activity ye have had experience of?

For my hen last year we hired cottages in a holiday village and spent the day in Boda Borg in Lough Key. If she likes the cube and stuff like Crystal Maze she'll LOVE it. It was fantastic fun. We actually went back for an unscheduled 2 hour go on the way home it was so much fun!!

The Cube sounds very fun. And if it's what she'd like, bingo! :)

My personal tip would be make the hen one night instead of two. I'm not against going away from hens but my own experience is the one night is plenty. On two-nighters, I always kinda found that people were tired and/or hungover the second night so there was little point to it. Plus it reduced the cost of the weekend a good bit.

Definitely just going to do one night alright. after doing lots of two night hens I would agree!
